Research Source Assignment: 

Due December 20th (minimum 1 page):

Choose two sources that you intend to use for your final essay or to inform your prose performance piece. Then do the following:

1. From those two sources, quote at least three passages from EACH source that you might use in the body of your paper or to either inform your prose performance piece or within your prose performance piece (making sure to put the proper citation at the end -- see Required & Useful Resources page for proper MLA formatting)

2. Write a paragraph on each source, explaining how the quotes you chose may further illuminate or illustrate the main idea of your paper or prose performance, using complete sentences. 

3. On a separate sheet of paper, create a Works Cited page (using proper MLA format) - again, see the Resources page above to guide you.   

** Always, always back up your thoughts with some example, quote, or explanation.
